Johnny, Erik and Josie have been involved at the business case development stage and programme establishment and delivery stage.

The capital works programme involves the delivery and coordination of a collection of projects over a 10 year development programme.

The works include doubling the ski area utilising the recently acquired SOHO basin resulting in additional ski lifts, snowmaking machines, infrastructure upgrades, Earthworks, Base Resort redevelopment (Food and Beverage, Rentals, Retail) and Carpark and roading improvements.

The programme is complex, terrain is challenging, the ski resort is operational all year round and construction is limited to summer months.
