The Project
Auxilium has accredited Investment Management Standard Facilitators and have completed investment logic mapping and stakeholder engagement work for both public and private sector investment case development. This work has included national transformational change programmes, large scale infrastructure development, to small project and organisational change initiatives.
The use of investment management standard workshops provides a simple structured approach helping organisations to direct resources to deliver the best outcomes and shape a robust investment story. The process provides decision makers with a mechanism to assess whether:
Investment Logic Mapping (ILM) is a technique to ensure the 'story’ about any proposed investment makes sense (the ‘logic’ part of ILM) and to test and confirm that the rationale for a proposed investment is evidence-based and sufficiently compelling to convince decision makers to commit to invest in further investigation and planning.
